Method for Bending Type LDS Raceway (Low Voltage Applications) 1) Slide 18" to 30" section of LDS Raceway into PVC pipe heating blanket. *(Recommended blanket designed for bending 1/2" to 1 1/2" PVC conduit.) 2) Allow section to heat approximately 2 – 3 minutes. Raceway will be soft and pliable, but should not stretch. (Time will vary with blanket temperature and raceway size.) 3) Remove raceway section from blanket and hold in desired position until the raceway cools.
